These Terms and Conditions apply to SMS messages sent by The Hearing Guy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from The Hearing Guy, you agree to the following terms.
1. SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Hearing Guy, including appointment reminders, follow-up messages, two-way service communication, and occasional promotional updates. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and may be up to 4 messages per month.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
4. Opt-In Methods
You may opt in by submitting a website form, appointment request, or other form that includes SMS consent language for The Hearing Guy. Opt-in consent applies only to messages from The Hearing Guy and is not transferable to another brand or third party.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from The Hearing Guy. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

8. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility and Authorized Use
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
